1) You are free to use this code within applications which you develop only  
as part of the executable code. You may not include any of this code as  
part of a library which you distribute, regardless of the manner in which you
distribute the library.  A library is here defined as either source code
files or compiled units which can be used with Borland's compilers and
Borland's Turbo Vision.

2) OOGrid Library(TM) v1.0 for Borland/Turbo Pascal (Real Mode/TV) may be
copied and distributed freely (including uploading it to bulletin boards),  
providing: 
      a.  No fee is charged and it is not part of a package for which a
          charge is made.
      b.  The package is not modified in any way.

3) You may not copy, sublicense, distribute or transfer OOGrid Library(TM)  
v1.0 for Borland/Turbo Pascal (Real Mode/TV) and its associated documentation
except as expressly provided under this License Agreement.  Any attempt
otherwise to copy, sublicense, distribute or transfer OOGrid Library(TM) v1.0
for Borland/Turbo Pascal (Real Mode/TV) is void and your rights to use the
program under this License agreement shall be automatically terminated.

4) This license may be revoked by Arturo J. Monge without prior notice.
